Returns

We want to make your return experience as relaxing as possible.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it is our pleasure to process a new order or issue you a refund.  Returns are FREE when you use our prepaid USPS return shipping label.  For details on returns, see below:

  • Returns may be refunded within 45  days of the order ship date.

  • Merchandise must be unused, unworn (except for trying on for "fit"), unwashed and in its original condition.

  • When returning for a refund, you will receive  a FREE USPS prepaid return label via our Interactive Returns Portal. Please return your item in the ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGE with packing slip! 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 7-10 business days.  

  • Refunds are in the form of the original payment.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Do you need the same item in a different size and/or color? Do you want to return your item for a completely different item, please use our Interactive Return Portal to receive a full refund on your original purchase price (merchandise value only) and then start a new purchase for the items you want.

  • If we accidentally ship you the wrong item(s)​, please contact customercare@navarretradingpost.com or click HERE . Let us know if you want us to process a return & refund or if you want to return the item and we will immediately ship out the correct item at no additional shipping cost to you.

Damaged Items

  • Within 48 hours of delivery, please report to our Customer Care Team that you received a damaged item.  Click HERE to contact the Team.

  • Please DO NOT DISCARD THE DAMAGED ITEM AND IT ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGE.  

  • You will need to provide our Customer Care Team with photos of the damaged item and it's packaging.

  • Once we review the photos and details of the damage, our Customer Care Team will contact you on how to proceed with either a refund or a replacement item shipped to you at no additional cost.

Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. For Armed Forces, please make sure you have an accurate APO/FPO/DPO address.

  • Navarre Trading Post utilizes a secure SSL-certified web platform as denoted by "https" in the URL.  Rest assured all your information is being processed securely.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
